Rotomolded Chair: Enjoying Comfort and Style

Rotomolded chairs, also known as rotational molded chairs, are made using the rotomolding process. Rotomolding is a method of molding hollow thermoplastic objects. Its main feature is the even distribution of powdered plastic material inside a mold, which is then heated and rotated bi-directionally to melt and coat the plastic material evenly across the entire surface of the mold cavity. Once cooled, the mold is opened to release the desired product. Due to their unique manufacturing process, rotomolded chairs have many advantages, such as diverse shapes, rich colors, strong weather resistance, corrosion resistance, and ease of cleaning and maintenance.
